Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing Gorgeous Genius. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
 * Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
 * If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship outside of the United States.
 * Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Gorgeous Genius is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
 * Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 * Contact us at jasmine@gorgeousgenius.com with your order number so we can assist you through the process.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
 * Check with neighbors or building management.
 * Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" prematurely).
 * Contact your local post office or carrier.
